Exchange, Return and Refund Policies

At Bauer Collections, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that unexpected events can happen and we are committed to making the exchange, return and refund process as simple and transparent as possible.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a purchased product, we offer the possibility of replacing it with another item of equivalent value. To do so, contact our customer service team within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of your purchase. Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock of the desired product.

Requirements for exchange:
The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, washing or modifications.
The original label must be intact, as well as the packaging in which it was sent.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the product to be exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the course purchased, you have the right to request a refund of the amount paid. To do so, contact us through our customer service channels within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, stating the reason for the return. After analyzing the case, we will proceed with the full refund.

Refund:

To request a refund, you must contact us through our customer service channels, stating the reason for the cancellation and providing the transaction details.

We offer a full refund for returns requested within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product. The refund will be processed within 10 business days after approval of the return and will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refund criteria

The returned product must meet the criteria mentioned above (exchange and return conditions).

In the event of a manufacturing defect, shipping costs will be covered by Bauer Collections.

Items purchased on sale or special offers may only be exchanged for other items on sale or refunded for the amount paid, and not for the original price.

In addition, it is important to note that:

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund amount will be deducted from applicable processing fees.

If the product was purchased through a promotional offer or special discount, the refunded amount will be the amount actually paid.

Exchanges, returns or refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

Products that show signs of use, washing or any type of modification after receipt.

Items returned without the original label or outside the original packaging.

Requests made after the established deadline (7 calendar days for exchanges and returns, and 30 days for manufacturing defects).

Products purchased on final sale or outlet, except in cases of proven defects.

Damage caused by misuse, improper storage or natural wear and tear due to time.

If cancellation is requested after 7 days from the date of purchase.

If you have violated the terms of use of the product or have illegally "shared" the product with third parties.

We emphasize that the request for exchange, return or refund must be made through our customer service channel.

It is important to remember that, in order for the request to be accepted, the course cannot have been fully completed or accessed.

​Defective Products:

If the product has any manufacturing defect, contact us immediately after receiving it, and we will exchange or refund it at no additional cost. The deadline to report defects is 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
